Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio is a crisp Victorian white in the northern Italian style.

Picked early, Pinot Grigio gives the light, pear-scented and dry style of the Alto Adige and Friuli rather than the fuller Pinot Gris approach, and Victoria's cooler districts hold the acidity that requires. Tar & Roses works across the state with Italian varieties. The wine is pressed gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a light pasta. Drink within two years.
