TarraWarra Estate Roussanne Marsanne Viognier 2023

TarraWarra Estate Roussanne Marsanne Viognier is a rich, aromatic Yarra Valley white with stone fruit and spice.

This blend comes from a handful of rows planted on TarraWarra's estate between Yarra Glen and Healesville, and it's one of the more unusual wines in the Besen family's line-up. The 2023 is young and pale straw in colour, with spring blossom, white peach and subtle honeysuckle on the nose. Ripe peach and citrus lead the palate, with hints of apricot, complemented by ginger and white pepper. It's rich and textural, as you'd expect from these varieties, with plenty of length and intensity through to the finish.

Enjoy it chilled with spiced chicken, pork belly or a creamy prawn curry. It will also gain complexity with a few years in bottle.
