Description
Description
Tenuta Luce “Lucente” is a modern Tuscan red that captures the elegance and richness of the Montalcino area, crafted as a more approachable expression of the iconic Luce estate. Blending Merlot with Sangiovese, it reflects a meeting point between international softness and classic Tuscan structure, shaped by warm days, cool nights and carefully managed vineyards.
The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with extended skin contact to build structure, followed by maturation in a mix of new and used French oak barriques for around 12 months. This ageing approach enhances depth and texture while maintaining balance and freshness.
This is a polished and expressive Tuscan blend - generous, smooth and refined - offering a contemporary take on tradition, with both immediate appeal and underlying structure.

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 150ml dry white wine

- Pour in the white wine and continue roasting for a further 45–60 minutes, basting occasionally, until cooked through and golden.
- Rest the meat for 10 minutes before slicing.
