Description

The Luminist Pinot Gris is a dry white from South Australian vineyards.

Pinot Gris picked early keeps the crisp, pear-scented character of the Italian style rather than the fuller Alsatian approach, and cooler South Australian sites hold the acidity that requires. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a light salad. Drink within two years.
