Description

The Luminist Rosé is a dry South Australian pink wine.

Rosé made from fruit picked for the purpose rather than bled off a red ferment comes out paler and drier, which is the modern Provençal template that most Australian rosé now follows. The wine is fermented cool and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
