Description

The Other Wine Co. Arinto is a rare Australian bottling of a Portuguese white variety.

Arinto is grown across Portugal, particularly in Bucelas near Lisbon, where it is prized for holding very high acidity even in heat, which is precisely why Australian growers in warm regions have begun to trial it. Plantings here are measured in hectares rather than hundreds of hectares. The wine is fermented cool without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, shellfish or a salad. Drink within four years.
