Description

The Paring Pinot Noir is a smooth, deeply fruited Pinot Noir from California's Santa Barbara County.

Made by the team behind The Hilt, The Paring label offers a way into Santa Barbara County's cool-climate wines at a friendlier price. This is a bolder style of Pinot Noir, with bright red fruit, a touch of plum and spice on the nose, and a round, soft, harmonious palate. Spicy red cherry and a measured amount of oak give it depth, yet there's plenty of nuance and refinement for those who look for it. At 14.1% alcohol, it's generous and full of flavour while staying smooth.

Serve at around 16 degrees with barbecued pork ribs, roast chicken or mushroom pizza.
