The Pawn Fiano 2023

The Pawn Fiano is a dry white from the southern Italian variety, grown at Langhorne Creek.

Fiano comes from Campania and holds acidity through heat, which has made it one of the more convincing Mediterranean plantings in warm Australian regions. It gives a textural white with pear and almond character rather than overt aromatics. Langhorne Creek's lake breezes keep the fruit fresh through ripening.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, chicken or antipasti. Drink over the next four years.
