The Winery of Good Hope Bush Vine Chenin Blanc is a lively, dry South African Chenin from low-trained bush vines.

Founded by Alex Dale in the Helderberg area of Stellenbosch, The Winery of Good Hope has become known for honest, well-priced Cape wines. Chenin Blanc is South Africa's most planted white grape and one of its most versatile, made in styles from sparkling to sweet. Bush vines, pruned low without a trellis, suit the Cape's dry, warm conditions and give concentrated fruit. This is a classic dry style: lemon, stone fruit, honeysuckle and hints of almond on the nose, with zippy acidity and a clean, juicy finish that lingers.

Serve well chilled on warm summer days and long evenings. It's good with grilled fish, chicken salad, sushi or a mild curry.
