Thelema Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, refreshing Stellenbosch white with a clean mineral edge.

Although the estate first made its reputation with red wines, its cool mountain vineyards on the Simonsberg are equally suited to aromatic whites. Altitude and afternoon breezes slow ripening, keeping acidity bright and flavours fresh. Melon and grapefruit lead the way, with zesty citrus and a light tropical touch on a crisp, lively palate that closes clean and long. It is a Sauvignon Blanc built on freshness and precision, from a family estate that has long been one of the leading names in Stellenbosch.

Serve well chilled. Lovely as an aperitif, it is also a natural partner for goat's cheese salad, oysters, grilled prawns or fish tacos. Drink it young while the fruit is at its brightest.
