Description

Tim Smith Bugalugs Blanc is a Barossa white blend of Clairette, Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, made along southern Rhône lines.

Four white Rhône grapes go into this one, and you rarely see that mix in Australia. Clairette keeps it fresh, Viognier adds perfume, Grenache Blanc gives body and Roussanne brings texture. It sits on the easygoing side of Tim's range.

Gently aromatic and textural, with stone fruit and a dry, fresh finish. Chill to 8–10°C and serve with roast chicken, pork belly, Thai salads or soft cheeses.
