Tim Smith Bugalugs Shiraz is a plush, easygoing Barossa Shiraz to open young.

Shiraz is the grape the Barossa is best known for, and here the goal is simple: ripe, dark-fruited regional character that's ready the day it's released. It belongs to the approachable, drink-now side of the label, built from grower parcels around the valley.

Soft and generous, with dark fruit and a little spice. Crack it now at 16–18°C alongside barbecued steak, burgers, snags or a big lasagne.
