Tim Smith Reserve Shiraz 2021

Tim Smith Reserve Shiraz is Tim Smith's flagship Shiraz, a full-bodied Barossa red made for cellaring.

Only the pick of the Shiraz parcels go into this bottling. It's meant to show what the region's signature grape can do at the top end, with depth and structure, while keeping detail and balance. Fruit comes from growers Tim works with across the valley.

Concentrated dark fruit and spice, with fine, firm tannins and real length. Decant for an hour and pour at 16–18°C with rib-eye, venison or aged hard cheese.
