Description

Tim Smith Riesling is a dry, crisp Barossa Riesling in the lean, citrusy South Australian style.

Granite soils and chilly nights in the eastern hills of the Barossa give taut, citrus-driven Riesling, and the grape has been grown up there for a long time. There's no oak and no sweetness in this one, just natural acid out front and the ability to develop over years.

Crisp lemon and lime with a floral edge and a fine finish. Drink it now or put a few away. Try it well chilled, 7–9°C, with oysters, Vietnamese salads, grilled fish or Thai curries.
