Tim Smith Viognier is an aromatic, textural Barossa white from Viognier, the perfumed grape of the northern Rhône.

Condrieu, in the northern Rhône, is Viognier's home, but the grape is happy in warm climates and ripens to a rich, perfumed style. In the Barossa, Tim makes it with an eye on freshness while keeping the apricot, the florals and the silky feel the variety is known for.

Apricot and white flowers on a silky, rounded palate. Drink it young, at 9–11°C, with Moroccan chicken, a mild curry, pork or soft cheeses.
