Description

Toolangi Vineyard Chardonnay is a white from the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia, made from Chardonnay.

The vineyard lies deep in the Yarra Valley, up against the edge of the Toolangi State Forest. It was planted in 1995 and has been held in high regard in the valley for a long time since, which is why its fruit turns up under other labels as well as its own.

Yarra Valley Chardonnay of this kind generally leans towards grapefruit and white peach with a dry, mineral finish. Serve at 10 to 12 degrees with roast chicken, pork, or a plate of fish.
