A rising star in the Etna region, Tornatore is becoming one of the region's biggest and most respected wineries. Their vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level on the north side of this active volcano.

Tornatore is one of the oldest wineries on Mount Etna, with a heritage deeply rooted in the unique volcanic landscape of Sicily. Caprese Salad

This classic Italian dish with ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil complements the wine's vibrant acidity and delicate fruit flavours.

Ingredients:
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 250g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.
2. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with Tornatore Etna Rosato to enhance the wine's fresh and fruity notes.
