Torres Coronas 2022

Torres Coronas is a smooth, well-balanced Spanish red from one of Catalonia's best-known wine families.

Familia Torres has made wine in Catalonia since the nineteenth century from its home in Vilafranca del Penedès, and the business is still family-run today. Coronas is one of its longest-standing labels, pairing Tempranillo with Cabernet Sauvignon for a wine that combines Spanish warmth with a little extra structure. It is dark cherry red with garnet tints, offering black fruit and wild berries with subtle herbal and spicy notes, and a medium-bodied, harmonious palate with smooth tannins.

Serve at around 16 to 18 degrees. It is a reliable partner for tapas, grilled lamb cutlets, paella with chorizo or a mid-week spaghetti bolognese.
