Description

Torres Sangre de Toro Blanco is the crisp white partner to the Torres family's well-known Catalan red.

From the Torres family of Catalonia, this white blends Parellada, a native Catalan grape best known as one of the Cava varieties, with White Grenache. Parellada gives freshness, delicacy and gentle floral notes, while White Grenache adds a little more body and roundness. The style is fresh, fruity and easy-drinking.

Well chilled, it pairs nicely with calamari, grilled white fish, pan con tomate or a summer salad.
