Lobster Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss mixed greens, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add chopped lobster tails and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
