Description

Triennes Rosé IGP Méditerranée 375ml is the current Provence rosé from Domaine de Triennes in a convenient half bottle.

Behind this domaine are the Burgundian winemakers Aubert de Villaine and Jeremy Seysses, who teamed up with Michel Macaux to make wine in the south of France. Their vineyards lie inland in the Var, where altitude and cooler nights suit a fresh, restrained rosé. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot are blended for a pale pink wine with strawberry and white blossom aromas, a touch of vanilla and the elegant, dry finish that has won Provence rosé so many fans.

Serve very cold. A half bottle is just right for two glasses with lunch, and it goes well with prawn rolls, sushi, a ham and gruyère baguette or a simple green salad.
