Two Hands Coach House Block Single Vineyard Shiraz 2021

Two Hands Holy Grail is a single-vineyard Barossa Shiraz from the winery's Single Vineyard range.

The Single Vineyard wines come from individual Barossa blocks that Two Hands has worked with for years, made in tiny quantity and released only in the strongest vintages. The Barossa's old dry-grown Shiraz, protected from phylloxera by quarantine, is the foundation. Fruit is fermented in small open vessels and matured in French oak, a good proportion new.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with aged beef, venison or hard cheese. It rewards fifteen years.
