Two Hands Fields of Joy Shiraz 2022

Two Hands Fields of Joy is the Clare Valley entry in the winery's Garden Series of regional Shiraz.

Clare sits north of Adelaide at altitude, with cold nights that give Shiraz a firmer, more peppery character than the Barossa floor, closer to a cool-climate style despite the region's warmth by day. Two Hands bottles each Garden Series wine to show that regional difference. Fermentation is in small open vessels with French oak maturation.

Serve at 17 degrees with lamb, beef or a mushroom ragù. It will develop over a decade.
