Two Hands Lily's Garden Shiraz 2022

Two Hands Lily's Garden is the McLaren Vale wine in the Garden Series of single-region Shiraz.

McLaren Vale's maritime influence and varied soils, from sand at Blewitt Springs to clay nearer the coast, give Shiraz a darker, more chocolatey profile than the Barossa's, and the Garden Series exists to make that comparison. Two Hands has sourced from the region since 1999. Fermentation is in small open vessels with maturation in French oak.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with beef ribs, lamb or aged cheese. It develops over a decade.
