Two Hands Sexy Beast Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

Two Hands Sexy Beast is a McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon, a change of pace for a Shiraz-focused house.

McLaren Vale Cabernet ripens fully in the region's warmth while the gulf breeze keeps acidity in place, giving a rounder wine than Coonawarra or Margaret River. Two Hands has made this bottling since the early years of the winery, which started in 1999. Fruit is fermented in small open vessels and matured in French oak, a portion new.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, beef or hard cheese. It develops over twelve years.
