Description

Two Hands Wanderlust blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Petit Verdot from McLaren Vale.

Petit Verdot ripens late and is rarely used in Bordeaux for that reason, but in a warm Australian region it comes good, adding colour, tannin and a floral note to Cabernet. The blend is a South Australian speciality more than a French one. Two Hands ferments the varieties separately in small open vessels and matures the wine in French oak.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or a peppered steak. Drink over the next ten years.
