Two Hands Yacca Block Single Vineyard Shiraz 2022

Two Hands Yacca Block is a single-vineyard Barossa Shiraz named for the grass trees growing on the site.

The Single Vineyard range bottles individual Barossa blocks in tiny volumes, made only when the season warrants it. Old dry-grown Shiraz on the Barossa floor gives the depth and dark fruit the region is known for, and keeping a block separate shows what that one patch of ground does. Fermentation is in small open vessels, with French oak maturation.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with aged beef, game or hard cheese. It rewards fifteen years.
