Two Paddocks Pinot Noir 2025

Two Paddocks Pinot Noir is an elegant, textural Central Otago Pinot from the estate founded by actor Sam Neill.

Sam Neill planted his first small vineyard at Gibbston in the early 1990s, and Two Paddocks has since grown to include sites in the warmer Alexandra area. This signature Pinot Noir draws on the estate's Central Otago vineyards, in one of the world's most southerly wine regions, where a continental climate of hot days, cold nights and low rainfall gives intense perfume and fine acidity. Red fruit, dried herbs and spice lead on the nose, followed by an elegant, textural palate with real poise, interest and persistence.

Serve at around 15 to 17 degrees, a little cooler than most reds. Duck breast, seared salmon, mushroom risotto or a roast of lamb are all good matches, and it will keep developing over the next several years.
