Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon 2026

Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon is the regional expression of Australia's most distinctive white style.

Picked early at low sugar, fermented in stainless steel and bottled without oak, Hunter Semillon starts life lean and citrus-driven and turns toasty and honeyed after a decade in bottle, all without any winemaking artifice. Tyrrell's has been part of that tradition since 1858 and draws this wine from vineyards across the valley floor at Pokolbin.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, salt and pepper squid or a green salad. Cellar for ten years or drink now.
