Tyrrell's Special Release Fiano 2025

Tyrrell's Special Release Fiano is a dry white made from the southern Italian variety.

Fiano comes from Campania and holds acidity in heat, which is why Australian growers in warm regions have taken it up over the past two decades. The Special Release range is where Tyrrell's works with varieties outside its Semillon, Shiraz and Chardonnay mainstays. It is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, chicken or antipasti. Drink over the next four years.
