Vasse Felix Chardonnay 2025

Vasse Felix Chardonnay sits between the estate's Filius range and its flagship Heytesbury, offering a fine, savoury Margaret River white.

Founded by Dr Tom Cullity at Wilyabrup in 1967, the winery grew into one of the region's benchmark producers and has been in the hands of the Holmes à Court family since 1987. Chardonnay stands alongside Cabernet as its main focus. The approach is restrained and savoury, drawing on estate-grown fruit and using barrel fermentation and lees contact to add texture while keeping freshness. Expect citrus and stone fruit with a flinty edge and a clean, dry finish, in line with the house style.

Serve chilled but not icy. It sits nicely next to crab linguine, grilled snapper or a cheese board of soft white rinds.
