Vasse Felix Classic Dry White 2025

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White is a crisp Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend in the style Margaret River is famous for.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have been partners in the region for decades. This blend leads with Semillon for texture and length, with Sauvignon Blanc adding zesty lift. It comes from the estate that planted Margaret River's first commercial vines at Wilyabrup in 1967, now one of Western Australia's best-known wineries, and it is made to be light, soft and effortless. Lemon zest and citrus flower are joined by lemongrass and a touch of savoury herb, and the palate has a bright, crunchy nashi pear character and a clean, pristine fruit core.

Serve well chilled. Fish and chips, Thai fishcakes, salt and pepper squid or a summer salad all suit it, and it is best enjoyed young.
