Vasse Felix Filius Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a textured take on Margaret River's signature white blend.

Sauvignon Blanc leads here, with Semillon providing backbone and length. Some skin contact gives the wine a gentle tang and texture, while acidity is soft enough to keep it easy to drink. The Filius range is the approachable tier from the estate that planted the region's first vineyard in 1967, and this blend is exotic and aromatic, showing yuzu, preserved lemon and mango skin with herbal notes of Earl Grey tea and bouquet garni. The light, well-structured palate finishes with hints of tonic water and green tea.

Try it chilled with Vietnamese rice paper rolls, grilled prawns or a Greek salad. Enjoy it young.
