Description

Veuve Ambal Vin Mousseux Blanc de Blancs is a French sparkling white made outside the appellation rules.

Vin mousseux simply means sparkling wine, a category that allows fruit from anywhere in France and either tank or bottle fermentation, which keeps the price well below Crémant or Champagne. A blanc de blancs is made from white grapes alone. Veuve Ambal has been based at Rully in Burgundy since 1898 and produces across both categories.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif or with canapés. Drink young.
