Description

Weingut Hüls Kröver Steffensberg Kabinett is a single-vineyard Mosel Riesling in the lightest Prädikat.

Kabinett is the first rung of the German Prädikat system, which classifies wines by the ripeness of the fruit at harvest rather than by vineyard: Kabinett wines are the lightest, usually under ten per cent alcohol, often with a touch of sweetness balanced by acidity. The Steffensberg is a steep slate vineyard above Kröv in the middle Mosel.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with Thai food, pork belly or fresh cheese. It develops over a decade.
