Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn Riesling Hallgartner 'Hendelberg' is a single-vineyard dry Riesling from one of the Rheingau's most respected biodynamic estates, sourced from the high, slate-soiled Hendelberg site above the village of Hallgarten.

Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn is a family-run estate based in Oestrich-Winkel, on the northern bank of the Rhine in the heart of the Rheingau, with roots reaching back to 1786 and now guided by the twelfth generation of the Kühn family. Since 2004 the property has been farmed organically and biodynamically, holding Demeter certification and membership of Germany's prestigious VDP growers' association, and its steep, mineral-rich vineyard sites, including the elevated, colored-slate slopes of Hendelberg above the village of Hallgarten, are worked almost entirely by hand, with fruit picked selectively by parcel and fermented spontaneously so that each site can speak clearly through the finished wine.
