Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn Riesling Klosterberg is a single-vineyard dry Riesling from the historic Klosterberg site in the Rheingau village of Oestrich, once tended by a monastic order and now farmed biodynamically by one of the region's leading estates.

Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn is a family-run estate based in Oestrich-Winkel, on the northern bank of the Rhine in the heart of the Rheingau, with roots reaching back to 1786 and now guided by the twelfth generation of the Kühn family. Since 2004 the property has been farmed organically and biodynamically, holding Demeter certification and membership of Germany's prestigious VDP growers' association, and its steep, mineral-rich vineyard sites, including the historic, loess-over-quartzite Klosterberg site in the village of Oestrich, once tended by a monastic order, are worked almost entirely by hand, with fruit picked selectively by parcel and fermented spontaneously so that each site can speak clearly through the finished wine.
