West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Pinot Grigio 2025

West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Pinot Grigio is a crisp, fragrant Western Australian white with crunchy pear and apple fruit.

Pinot Grigio does well in the cooler corners of Western Australia, holding fresh acidity while picking up plenty of fruit. This version belongs to the Cape to Cape range, the everyday line from the south-coast winery based at Mount Barker. The 2025 is pale gold, with just-ripe pear, jasmine, a touch of ginger and a hint of sumac. On the palate, apple and pear flavours meet a little spice, with a rich texture, balanced fruit sweetness and a dry, crunchy finish.

Chill it well and pour it with salt and pepper squid, a chicken and fennel salad or antipasto. Drink it young while the fruit is at its brightest.
