West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Rosé 2025

West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Rosé is a bright, fruity Western Australian rosé made from Shiraz.

Shiraz from the cooler south of Western Australia keeps good natural acidity, which makes it a natural fit for a fresh, fruit-driven rosé. The Mount Barker-based producer treats this as the fun, easygoing member of its Cape to Cape range. The 2025 is light yet deep pink, with strawberry, red cherry, pomegranate and watermelon, plus a scoop of lychee sherbet. The palate is clean and lively, with a hint of fruit sweetness, raspberries-and-cream and red liquorice, before crunchy acidity and a dry finish carry it long.

Serve chilled on its own, or with a mezze plate, poke bowls or grilled haloumi. Best drunk young and fresh.
