West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, zesty Western Australian white blend with tropical fruit and a herbal edge.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc is Western Australia's signature white blend, with Semillon adding texture and citrus and Sauvignon Blanc bringing aromatic lift. This take on the style comes from the Cape to Cape range, made by the south-coast winery now based at Mount Barker. The 2024 is bright with a hint of light gold, showing passionfruit, florals, very ripe pear and a whiff of freshly cut grass. The palate is zesty, with light tropical fruit, herbaceous notes and good acidity for persistence, finishing crisp and dry.

Serve well chilled with fish and chips, Vietnamese rice paper rolls or a goat's cheese salad. Drink it while young and fresh.
