West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruit-packed white blend from Western Australia.

Pairing Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc has long been a Western Australian favourite, and the Mount Barker-based winery bottles its version under the good-value Cape to Cape label. The 2025 is very pale straw, with tropical fruit, honeysuckle, white nectarine and lime zest. There is plenty of fruit intensity without any heaviness: passionfruit, lychee and cape gooseberry, with fresh acidity and the softer line of the Semillon keeping it balanced, and an attractive dry finish.

This one loves seafood. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, oysters or a Thai-style fish salad, and enjoy it within a year or two.
