West Cape Howe Regional Range Riesling 2025

West Cape Howe Regional Range Riesling is a dry, delicate Great Southern Riesling with lime fruit and citrus blossom.

Riesling is one of the great strengths of the Great Southern, with Mount Barker in particular known for fine, long-lived, lime-scented wines. The 2025 is bright with a light gold tinge, floral and fruity, with sweet lime and citrus blossom. It is dry yet still fine and delicate, with more palate weight and texture than many young Rieslings, pretty fruit, good length and tangy acidity, finishing on a lemon sherbet note.

Serve well chilled with freshly shucked oysters, Thai fish cakes or crisp pork belly. It is lovely young and will also develop nicely in bottle for several years.
