West Cape Howe Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc 2025

West Cape Howe Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, aromatic Great Southern Sauvignon Blanc with guava and citrus.

The cool, maritime climate of the Great Southern gives Sauvignon Blanc freshness and aromatic lift, and this Regional Range bottling from the Mount Barker-based winery puts that on display. The 2025 is very pale with a tint of white gold, and the nose keeps unfolding in the glass: guava, citrus blossom, passionflower and makrut lime. On the palate there is guava, citrus, delicate tropical fruit and honeydew melon, with fruit weight that gives volume without heaviness, a clean, linear acidity and a juicy dry finish.

Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, a herby goat's cheese tart or fish tacos. Drink young.
