West Cape Howe Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc 2026

West Cape Howe Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc is a lush, zesty Sauvignon Blanc from the cool Great Southern of Western Australia.

The producer's Regional Range focuses on wines that express individual Great Southern districts, and the winemakers describe this one as not your average tropical Sauvignon Blanc. The 2026 is very pale straw with green tinges, with tropical fruit, feijoa, lime leaf, cut grass, fennel and lemongrass, plus basil and blackcurrant leaf for a herbal edge. The palate is fresh and sprightly, with Granny Smith apple, rhubarb and ginger. Picking at just the right moment has given generous weight and up-front fruit, balanced by crisp, zesty and slightly chalky acidity.

Try it with green curry, a pea and mint risotto or grilled whiting. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young.
