Description

Whistler Divergent S.M.G blends Shiraz, Mataro and Grenache from biodynamic Barossa vineyards.

The three southern Rhône varieties have grown together in the Barossa since the nineteenth century. Mataro, the Australian name for Mourvèdre, brings structure, Grenache perfume and Shiraz the depth. Whistler has farmed organically and biodynamically since 2013, ferments with wild yeast and uses seasoned oak rather than new barrels.

Serve at 16 degrees with roast lamb, sausages or a tagine. Drink over the next eight years.
