Whistler Estate Shiraz Cabernet 2022

Whistler Estate Shiraz Cabernet is the classic Australian red blend, from biodynamic Barossa fruit.

Shiraz and Cabernet have been blended in Australia since the nineteenth century, long before it became common anywhere else: Shiraz fills the middle of the palate where Cabernet is naturally hollow, and Cabernet lends the structure Shiraz lacks. The Pfeiffer family's Heysen Estate on Seppeltsfield Road has been farmed organically and biodynamically since 2013.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or a rich stew. Drink over the next ten years.
