Description

Yabby Lake Cuvée Nina Rosé is a traditional-method sparkling from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Sparkling wine needs fruit picked early with high natural acidity, which the cool Mornington Peninsula produces readily, and the two Champagne varieties are both planted on the estate at Tuerong. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and rests on lees before disgorgement. Tom Carson has made the estate's wines since 2008.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters, salmon or fried food. Drink on release.
