Description

Yalumba GEN Organic Chardonnay is a fresh, fruit-driven Chardonnay made from organically grown grapes.

Sustainability has long been a focus at Australia's oldest family-owned winery, and its organic wines are grown without synthetic fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides. This Chardonnay is picked for freshness, finishing at a moderate 12.5% alcohol, and made in a clean, fruit-forward style that lets the grape speak. Lemon myrtle, pineapple, white peach and melon lead to a rounder, creamy middle and a savoury, herbal finish.

Well chilled is the way to go, at around 8 to 10 degrees. It works nicely with fish tacos, chicken Caesar salad or pasta with basil pesto. Enjoy it young.
