Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Grenache Rosé 2025

Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Grenache Rosé is a delicate, pale salmon rosé with plenty of charm.

The Samuel's Collection takes its name from Samuel Smith, who arrived in South Australia from England and founded the family business at Angaston in 1849. This rosé draws on Barossa Grenache, a variety that gives pretty red-fruit character when handled gently. The 2025 release is light at 11.5% alcohol, with pomegranate, alpine strawberry, a hint of vanilla and a touch of raspberry liquorice on the nose. On the palate there is juicy watermelon, cranberry and pink citrus, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Chill it well and bring it to the table with sashimi, a summer tomato salad or spicy Thai fish cakes. Best enjoyed in its first year or two.
