Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz in magnum is a 1.5 litre bottling of the Barossa's classic Cabernet and Shiraz blend.

The Signature dates back to 1962 and remains a benchmark for the traditional Australian marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Each vintage bears the name of a person honoured by the company. Fruit is sourced from the Barossa and matured in oak. The cool 2022 growing season produced a wine with lifted aromatics of red and purple berries, blackcurrant and black cherry, alongside cedar, mint, bay leaf and toasted spice. Rich and concentrated, it has fine tannins and lovely texture.

Magnums are ideal for dinner parties and for ageing. Decant, serve at about 17 degrees and pair with rare roast beef, lamb shanks or aged Gouda.
